First one I received was smashed to bits...the packaging was a joke. I explained it to Amazon and they were great about expediting another one right away. It arrived with more "pillows" around it unharmed. I bought it with the chrome pedestal stand to mount it on. Looks great. Nice retro look for a subway tile style bathroom redo. No problems so far.

This is a beautiful console top I bought with the chrome console leg set. They look good together, though I'm not sure why the console sink top is so much more expensive than the pedestal sink top when they both look exactly the same from the top. It would've been 5 stars if it weren't so expensive.

I have a 1911 home with a small bathroom. This sink was a good fit: it feels classic enough that it blends in. I chose the Retrospect Washstand as the base. By installing this combination in my storage-starved bathroom, I got a big drawer in the base and some nice deck space on the sink. Now I can put something down near the sink!
The design puts the widest part toward the wall and projects only part of the sink basin in to the room, which is a perfect compromise. Other sinks were too big for my space or too small for my needs.
