As a plumbing contractor, all my plumbing supply houses were telling me 2-3 weeks to get this sink. Ordered it from Amazon and had it in 3 days. The original product box was packed into a larger box with plenty of packing material to protect it from breakage. Very happy with the service.

I can't properly review this item because mine arrived broken into about 20 pieces due to inappropriate packaging! This item was shipped from Amazon. The manufacturer's box, which was heavy and clearly marked "Fragile", had been placed inside a lightweight larger box with no padding save for one crumpled piece of kraft paper. Oh, and no marking on the outer box that this was a breakable item. The result? Porcelain dust!

I can't believe that anybody would consider this to be an adequate way to ship a breakable item, much less Amazon's shipping department (normally very reliable). Now I have to waste time dealing with a return and wait however many days for a replacement. If you order this item I recommend you open and inspect it before signing for it.

When the replacement arrives I will update my review with specifics on the actual product if possible.
