This review is from: Bathroom Artistic Glass Vessel Vanity Sink and Faucet 9004F combo set I was disappointed that the sink I ordered was not the specifications that was stated. Now I notice they don't have anymore of the sinks. It was advertised as 19mm thick and came as 15mm thick by my contractor. I noticed that there were some that were 15mm that were less expensive. The drain is not set low enough so a puddle of water is always left in the middle??? I will call New Look to see what they will do about this problem. I have 2 other sinks that work perfectly but they are from a different vendor.
I finally got a response through Amazon. They sent me a rubber washer which made the problem worse. Amazon refunded my money and I have not heard from New Look ever since. I would like to send them the sink back if they would send me a return shipping label. |
