Decolav 9295-SN Grid Drain with Overflow, Satin Nickel

Grid drain advertised as working with a vessel sink. Instructions show it with a vessel sink but it clearly doesn't work. When you contact the company they tell you it doesn't work. They charge restocking, shipping etc to return. Very poor customer service.

I actually purchased this drain myself as I wanted the logos to match my sink that was decolav as well. The drain I actually found to be ultra high quality compared to the drain that came with my faucet. I also found it very appealing that the drain came with a lifetime warranty. After installation the drain worked perfectly. The instructions do state it can be used with a vessel sink, however some ceramic vessel sinks do have overflows such as my case. I think the previous reviews were just paired with the wrong type of vessel that did not have an overflow. I love my new decolav bathroom

Amazon recommended this drain when ordering the marbel sahara sink. The sink is awsome but has no overflow, therefor the drain is useless!! fortunatly the fauset they recommended came with a drain.
