Item arrived promptly after ordering. Was packaged in styrofoam. Although the foam was damaged, the sink was fine. Standard vessel sink hardware (1-1/2" drain) fits fine.

We have hard water and it leaves residue which is very visible because of the color, but I can't blame the sink for our water. I purchased a set of very fine (6,000 - 12,000 grit) sandpaper and polish it from time to time to remove the hard water marks.
